Darling It's Rented is a designer dress hire service based on the Sunshine Coast, delivering Australia-wide. We curate statement pieces from niche and lesser-known designers, so you can wear something special for your next event without buying it.
Why we started
The best dresses are often the ones you can't find on every rack. We go looking for them: independent Australian labels, international designers, and African couture houses you won't find at other rental services. Every piece is chosen because it makes an entrance.
What makes us different
- A curated edit, not an endless catalogue. Each dress is hand-picked for its design, fit and the moment it was made for.
- African Couture. A dedicated collection of pieces from designers including Hertunba, Desirée Iyama, Lilian Andrew and WOYA, sourced and shipped to Australia so you don't have to.
- Try before you rent. Book a Try-On appointment on the Sunshine Coast to check the fit in person.
How it works
Choose your piece, pick a 4 or 8 day hire, and we'll send it by express courier. Wear it, love it, then send it back in the prepaid return bag. Professional dry cleaning is included with every hire, so there's nothing to wash and nothing to worry about.
