We want your dresses to arrive safely, on time, and ready for your special moment. Here's everything you need to know about shipping with us.

1. Shipping Fees

All orders are shipped via express courier within Australia for a flat $25. This includes your prepaid return bag, so there is nothing extra to pay to send your dress back.

Professional dry cleaning is included with every hire.

2. Delivery

We ship to physical addresses in Australia only.

Please double-check your delivery address, once an item is dispatched, we cannot redirect it.

3. Tracking & Delivery Times

Our couriers aim to deliver express parcels, but delivery times are a guideline and cannot be guaranteed.

You will receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.

Courier delivery times are estimates and may show the latest possible arrival. Please wait until your rental date to contact us unless your dress hasn't arrived.

4. Rural or Remote Addresses

Rural and remote deliveries typically take 2–4 working days, and delivery times are managed by local courier contractors so they may vary.

If you live in a rural or remote area, we recommend choosing the 8-day hire and emailing us your event date after booking, so we can dispatch your dress as early as possible.

5. Pre-Paid Returns

Each order includes a pre-paid return bag, so returning your item is simple and stress-free.

Just pack the dress in the bag and drop it off at the courier service specified by the end of your rental period. No need to clean it first, as dry cleaning is included.
