This website is operated by Darling, It’s Rented. Throughout this site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Darling, It’s Rented. We provide this website, including all information, tools, and services available, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or renting from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (also referred to as “Terms” or “The Rental Agreement”), including any additional terms and policies referenced here or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users, including browsers, customers, and anyone accessing the site.
Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access or use the website or our services.
We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the website or our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are of the age of majority in your state or territory of residence. You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose or violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
Breach of any Terms may result in immediate termination of your rental privileges.
SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Credit card and personal information submitted through our site is secure and encrypted.
You may not reproduce, sell, or exploit any part of the Service or content without our express written permission.
SECTION 3 – ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We make every effort to ensure that information on this site is accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee it. Any reliance on the material is at your own risk.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND SERVICE CHANGES
Rental prices are in AUD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our Service (or any part of it) at any time.
SECTION 5 – RENTAL ITEMS
Certain dresses or accessories may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities.
We aim to display colours, sizes, and designs accurately, but your monitor may not reflect true colour.
We reserve the right to limit the number of rentals per person, region, or order.
SECTION 6 – RENTAL FEES AND CANCELLATIONS
The rental fee is displayed per item on our website and does not include postage, which is charged at checkout.
By placing your order, you authorise us to charge your card for both the rental fee and postage.
Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, cancellations are not accepted.
Late Returns:
Late returns incur a $15 per day fee until the item is returned.
SECTION 7 – YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Treat items with care. You are responsible for loss or damage outside normal wear and tear.
Return items using the prepaid packaging provided, by the agreed return date.
Provide a physical address in Australia for delivery. We are not responsible for items sent to incorrect addresses.
SECTION 8 – DELIVERY
We aim to deliver items on your requested date.
If an item arrives incorrectly (size, colour, or style), contact us within 24 hours.
SECTION 9 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Darling, It’s Rented is not responsible for circumstances outside our control, including loss, theft, or natural events. While the item is in your possession, you are responsible for it.
SECTION 10 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Darling, It’s Rented and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Service.
SECTION 11 – TERMINATION
We may terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms. Obligations incurred prior to termination remain valid.
SECTION 12 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
SECTION 13 – CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of these changes.

Explore our try-on policy

Browse through our collection and choose the item you'd like to try on.
Once you've found the perfect piece, simply click on the "Book Try-On Appointment" button to proceed.
2. Choose a Try-On date
After selecting your item, you'll be asked to pick a date and time for your try-on appointment at our store
Please note: The item will be $20 at checkout for try-on purposes only. You are not required to make any payment for the item at this stage.
3. Enter your details at checkout
Fill in your name, phone number or email address to confirm your booking. We will send you an appointment confirmation with all the details of your visit.
4. Receive appointment reminders
To help you remember, we'll send you a reminder 24 hours before your scheduled appointment
5. Visit Us at the Studio
On the day of your appointment, simply come to our Studio at your selected time.
Our staff will have the item ready for you to try on and assist you with anything you need.
Q&A:
1. What happens if I decide to rent in the store?
If you love the item and decide to rent it, you can complete your rental agreement in-store. If it's not quite right, you're under no obligation to rent, and you can simply leave without any extra cost.
2. Can I reschedule or cancel the appointment?
If you need to change your appointment or can't make it, don't worry! You can reschedule or cancel directly via our email. Just give us a heads-up, and we'll help you find a new time. Please note your $20 deposit is refundable.

Fit & Sizing
- Approximate length (Size S): 143–145 cm
- Our model is 173 cm tall and wears a Size AU 8 (Small).
Sizes are shown as each designer labels them, in Australian sizing. Check the description for stretch and fit notes: non-stretch styles fit closely, so if you're between sizes we recommend the larger size.

Delivery: $25 express shipping Australia-wide, with a prepaid return bag included. We aim to have your dress with you by your rental start date, and you'll get a tracking link once it's on its way.
Returns: Simply pack the dress in the prepaid return bag and drop it at the courier by the end of your rental period. Late returns are $20 per day.
